On March 13th, students and staff from both CCA and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago met with Dan Halsey of SouthWoods Center for Advanced Permaculture and Ecological Design. Dan spent the day with us teaching food forest planning and planting techniques, showing us examples of food forest designs he created all over the world. Thank you to Dan and to Odile Campagnon, our SAIC class instructor and to Taykhoom Biviji, SAIC Administrative Wonder for arranging Dan's visit.
